The site has been developed and is being administered by Drs. Kristen R. Yount and Peter B. Meyer of Northern Kentucky University under a Cooperative Agreement with EPA’s Office of Brownfields Cleanup and Redevelopment.

Note that the contents do not reflect the views and policies of EPA and no official endorsement should be inferred.

We encourage Providers to post their credentials and services on the site. (The Site also may be expanded in the future to include Fixed Price Remediation Contractors and other risk management/transfer specialists as Providers if interest warrants the effort.) Providers and Users alike also are invited to post Documents to the Library, to suggest additional terms for the Glossary, and to recommend more Links that may be useful.

All submissions are screened to avoid spam and other inappropriate content, but no other editing or reviewing is conducted by the Site Administrators. The Provider listings and Documents submitted thus represent their submitters' descriptions of their capabilities and judgments about the quality of the written material. None of the material is cleared for accuracy or objectivity by the Administrators and the presence of the listings and documents on this site does not represent endorsement or approval of any individual, firm, insurance product, or risk management approach by the EPA, the Site Operator, or the Administrators.
