Modern environmental insuance can increase shareholder value in the sale and purchase of environmentally challenged properties. Authored by the senior in house counsel of the large energy company and a senior resource from American Risk Management Resources Network, LLC, the article discusses the development of modern environmental insurance products. Included is a case study where environmental insurance is used to facilitate the purchase and sale of a property.
